Effective personnel management

At BERTA group, we actively care about the development of our employees and understand the importance of self-improvement. To do this, we use various training and team building formats.
Recently, we held a training on Effective Human Resources Management for our colleagues from Chistenko. The training was conducted by Yana Vanivska-Savruk, HR Director of BERTA group. In fact, Yana has been actively consulting on organizational development and HR since 2013 and is a business coach.
The key blocks of issues that were worked out during the training:
– Investing in human capital;
– Self-help and types of psychological assistance, which is the first step to successful team management;
– Team building and its importance;
– Resume analysis and interview algorithm;
– Tasks of adaptation of new employees;
– Motivation as a management function.
And here are a few theses from Yana that will definitely be interesting and useful:
“It is a mistake to recruit people to fill a vacancy! First you need to determine what kind of team you need to achieve your goals!”
The term “motivation” refers to all those internal motivations that can be defined as desires, incentives, inclinations, and drives
A motive is an internal state that drives, energizes and activates a person, thereby directing his or her behavior to achieve the goals.
We are confident that such trainings contribute to more effective personnel management, improved teamwork, and the achievement of the company’s business goals. At this training, we not only gained in-depth knowledge and skills in the field of HR, but also learned how to implement effective strategies to achieve success.
