We are pleased to share with you the great news that last week our Company launched a new training project for Regional Directors. During the first 2-day training, the participants considered a very interesting and important topic of leadership, discussed the importance of professional development with colleagues through personal understanding of each person’s strengths and weaknesses, and were able to share experiences and good practices of working with their teams. Each of the participants also had the opportunity to develop assertive team behavior skills and learn to take into account the interests of all parties in achieving common goals.
We would especially like to thank our external trainer Yulia Sohach for holding such a powerful training event! Yulia has an extraordinary experience in the field of psychology and business training, so we are very pleased that she will accompany our participants in their studies. Positive, sincere enthusiasm and team spirit are the words that best characterize these two days. We are sure that all the participants are looking forward to the next one!
