It sounds like a few talking points, but in fact it was 2 very intense days. Especially when it comes to leadership, personal potential and development.
In fact, we started 2025 with a very powerful training workshop that brought together sales executives from 10 regions. And it’s great, because we not only set goals for this year, but also tied them to the personal development of each employee and the teams in particular.
Ivan Danylenko, CEO of BERTA distribution, emphasised:
‘We are dedicating 2025 to development and training, inviting practitioners with experience to maintain our leadership position and develop the market. This is important for achieving the company’s ambitious goals.’
The training was led by Ilya Shelementsev, a coach and entrepreneur, who shared practical tools for leadership development.
‘The participants demonstrated energy and readiness for change. We discussed leadership typology, motivation and practical steps that can be implemented immediately,’ he said.
‘In general, we wanted to focus not only on the development of managers, but also on leaders who can change the market and inspire teams. And in this regard, it was very pleasant to observe the activity of each participant. After all, there are many challenges ahead. But when we are all together, it will be easier for us to overcome them and move forward!
