As part of our cooperation with the Young Business Club (YBC), our commercial director Ivan Danylenko shared his experience with small and medium-sized business owners in Lviv.
They talked in an open format about effective communication as a tool for business and staff development. Ivan talked about the distribution business, successful cases and examples of how the role of a “communicator” can be delegated from the owner to the top manager. And, of course, how to make partnerships mutually beneficial.
Two hours flew by in a flash. And we are very pleased with the number of questions that we received at the end of the speech and that are of concern to our entrepreneurs today. After all, the right answer today is the key to a successful tomorrow!
