BERTA group was visited by participants of the spring entrepreneurship school ‘The Key to Your Own Business’. The training is part of UCU’s business school for entrepreneurs in Chervonohrad district.
Oleksandr Berezhansky was happy to tell them about the company and the entire path of its formation. How it all started, what it looks like now, and even outlined a vision for the near future. The plans are ambitious.
At the same time, the young entrepreneurs were most interested in how to build their business correctly. What mistakes to avoid at the very beginning? Here, Alexander Mikhailovich has a very apt answer:
“To be successful, you need to make the right decisions. To make the right decisions, you need experience. And experience comes from making the wrong decisions.”
In general, I am pleased that there were a lot of questions. After all, business is alive and wants to grow. And this is the most important thing!
It’s nice that the programme participants gained not only important knowledge but also inspiration for developing their own projects.
