Chystenko, a part of the BERTA group, already has 120 stores in 5 regions of Ukraine. We are constantly growing and strive to be even closer to people. Therefore, communication is one of our top priorities.
To make our service even better, we held a training course on Effective Sales Techniques for Sales Consultants. Here, we once again emphasised the importance of quality communication with customers. Employees not only improved their standard sales techniques, but also learned to act confidently in non-standard situations by practising them.
Our key goal is to make every visit to Chystenko a pleasant experience, and to make the shopping process even a little bit more.
