At BERTA group, we actively care about the development of our employees and understand the importance of self-improvement. To do this, we use various training and team building formats.
\nRecently, we held a training on Effective Human Resources Management for our colleagues from Chistenko. The training was conducted by Yana Vanivska-Savruk, HR Director of BERTA group. In fact, Yana has been actively consulting on organizational development and HR since 2013 and is a business coach.
\nThe key blocks of issues that were worked out during the training:

\n– Self-help and types of psychological assistance, which is the first step to successful team management;
\n– Team building and its importance;
\n– Resume analysis and interview algorithm;
