One of the main challenges of the market is the shortage of personnel and more than 800 thousand economically inactive people. However, there is a solution: businesses should change their approach to finding and assessing talent, focusing not on age, status or employment record, but on the real skills and potential of candidates.<\/p>\n<p>Another key area is employee training and development. In today&#8217;s reality, self-development gives you freedom: new skills allow you to change positions, adapt to changes and remain competitive. Therefore, companies should invest in team training and create conditions for professional growth.<\/p>\n<p>And, of course, the balance between technology and humanity is important. Artificial intelligence should strengthen teams, not replace them.
