Strategic session at BERTA group: results of 2024 and plans for 2025!
Strategic planning at BERTA is not just about numbers and charts. It is a time for new ideas, inspiration and even unexpected discoveries. We recently held our annual strategic session. Together with our managers, we reviewed the results of 2024 and set goals for 2025.
2024 was a year of challenges and achievements! We ‘went through fire, water and difficult deadlines’. We worked on the company’s structure and tried many new things. And most importantly, we have gained another year of invaluable experience and now know how to make the next year even more effective.
2025 promises to be a year of opportunities and changes. We are ready to face new challenges, innovate and work on new ideas for our partners, clients and team.
Our key focus will be on efficiency, focus and service. We have always been guided by these principles, but this year we are paying special attention to them. There are no limits to improvement, as well as development.
Also, our priority will remain unchanged – supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and working together for our victory. This is our main goal.
So let’s go forward to new achievements and victories!
