Internal communication is more than just sharing information. During the training for the finance department, HR Director Yana Vanivska-Savruk showed how proper interaction affects productivity and quality of work.

They discussed how to hear the interlocutor, formulate requests and avoid misunderstandings. Practical exercises helped to see communication in action. Participants made team decisions, analysed their own communication style and learnt to negotiate. This proved that openness and trust are key components of effective work.

The better the interaction is, the more confident the company is moving forward.
